The Business Model Canvas helps to gain an overview of the most important key factors of a business model.

The method comes from the Swiss entrepreneur, lecturer and author Alexander Osterwalder and is well suited to clearly outline innovative and complex business models.

The basis is an overview with nine fields. Here, keyword-like notes are formulated for each key factor. In this way, the different aspects can be combined and related to form a business model.
